We stayed for 6 nights as a party of 4 across 2 rooms. A lovely stay. We had hired a car and used the hotel as a base to explore the north of the island and go on a few excursions. There was ample parking and there is a supermarket close by. A short drive away. Everything was clean and in good order. The on site bar/ restaurant le Skipper was great and we found ourselves eating there for dinner several nights rather than going out as our pre arrival plan had been, the food was excellent and they do some great cocktails. There was a Chinese new year themed barbecue evening while we were there which was great and there was live music and dancing in the evenings which all added to the atmosphere. Very attentive staff. The facilities never appeared too overcrowded, the pool is great, always free loungers on the beach or by the pool. The sea immediately on the hotel is very shallow and lots of boulders/coral so it's not for swimming, you'd have to walk a bit further along the beach for that, that's the only negative I can think of! But then again the pool is great and was never overcrowded if you need a swim and the overall price is great value and just a fraction of what one of the luxury 5 star resorts on the island charges.

Nice small friendly hotel on the beach, which was very rocky, but if you walk a few minutes you could swim. We rented a little car, which was great for exploring this pretty little island. Driving on the left side of the road was a little bit of a challenge initially- kept putting on the windshield wiper when trying to blink! The staff was very helpful. All rooms overlook the see and pool. There are several public beaches nearby. We recommend going on snorkling trips on a catamaran, but beware of the sun! The beds and sheets are very comfortable. The breakfast is a little dull, and not a buffet. The rooms have a small refrigerator and kitchen, so you can get whatever you would like in the supermarket and make your own meals, if you wish. Don’t miss the Aapravasi Ghat museum in Port Louis!

My husband and I spent 5 days at Voile Bleue and we were very happy with our stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. The hotel itself is a charming property with a beautiful view of the ocean where one can see a stunning sunset. Although you can't swim in the beach directly in front of the hotel, it is only a 5 - 10 minute drive to Trou Aux Biches and Mont Choisy beach which are amazing. The hotel rooms are much larger than expected, modern, clean and comfortable. We could also use the hotel's washing machine free of charge which was very useful. The restaurant on the property has a beautiful view and food was good. This was truly a great value for money accommodation and made our holiday a fantastic experience.

Extremely pleasant hotel which I can wholeheartedly recommend. We stayed there for 13 nights, the availability of the swimming pool, location nearly on the beach as well as the positive attitude of the staff made our stay really pleasant. The rooms are spacious and very clean, there is a kitchenette in each one and the hotel makes a washing machine and the dryer available to the guests free of charge. The beach is nice to sit on and it takes 100m to get to the place where you can swim, there are a few wonderful beaches located in near towns which are easily available even by bus. The breakfast menu is a bit boring with just 2 choices but if you eat them interchangeably it is fine. The restaurant serves a very good food for lunch and supper.

A very nice little hotel for calm and quiet relax. The room was spacious, aircon was working well (maybe a bit loud), the kitchen was equipped with everything you may need. Breakfast was tasty, however, if included in a room rate, you can choose only from 2 options (English or continental), but you can order anything for some extra cost. For a half-board dinner you can choose from a large menu - everything was very tasty, highly recommended. Parking area was sufficient, nonstop guard is a plus. A free washing machine is a great advantage! But you need your own detergent. It's a nice place for relax, good value for money, but I wouldn't choose it if you plan to explore Mauritius.
